Who we are

New Level Projects Solutions is a general contracting and renovation company based in Surrey, British Columbia. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information through this website, in line with British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

What we collect

When you send an estimate request, we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, the service and city you select, your approximate budget, and the project details you choose to share. If you call or email us, we keep a record of that conversation so we can follow up.

We do not ask for payment details, identification numbers, or other sensitive information through this website.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, book a site visit, prepare an estimate, and manage your project if you hire us. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Who we share it with

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-processing service, and a copy goes to the agency that manages our website and marketing so enquiries are never missed. Both receive your details only to deliver them to us.

We may also share project information with subtrades, designers, or engineers working on your project, and only as much as the work requires.

Cookies and third-party content

This site does not use advertising cookies. Some pages load content from Google, including Google Maps and Google Fonts, and Google may log technical information such as your IP address when that content loads. Instagram links open Instagram's own site, which has its own privacy policy.

If we add website analytics in future, we will update this page.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up. If you become a client, we keep project records for as long as required for warranty, tax, and legal purposes, then dispose of them securely.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to our using it, subject to legal and contractual limits. Email sales@newlevelprojectssolutions.com and we will respond within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia.
