Every New Level project has one contract, one project manager, one schedule, and a written weekly update. Long-lead items are ordered against the schedule rather than when someone remembers. Site conditions are checked before quoting rather than discovered at framing. Changes are written down before they happen.

The Person Behind Every Schedule
Colten started New Level Projects Solutions with a simple standard: if his name is on the job, it gets done properly, on the schedule he promised, with nothing left for the client to chase.
He built the company around a problem he wanted to fix. Good tradespeople and good materials can still leave a homeowner frustrated when nobody owns the plan: orders go in late, changes get agreed on the fly, and the person paying for the work is the last to know what is happening.
So New Level works the other way around. Colten walks the site before anything is quoted, prices the work honestly, and stays involved from the first conversation to the final walkthrough. Clients deal with him directly, get a written update every week, and get a straight answer when something changes.
Today the company takes on everything from single bathrooms to whole-home renovations and commercial build-outs across the Lower Mainland, and Colten still treats every project like it is going in his own portfolio. Because it is.

We do not build unpermitted work. Every project that requires a permit gets one, is inspected, and is signed off. That keeps your home insurable, your suite legally rentable, and your improvements disclosable at resale.

Are you licensed, insured, and WorkSafeBC covered?
Yes on all three, and we provide certificates before work begins.
This is worth verifying with every contractor you interview. If an uninsured contractor's worker is injured on your property, the liability exposure can land on you personally.
Do you use your own crews or subcontractors?
Both, depending on the trade. We maintain core crews for the work we do most, and we hold long-standing relationships with specialist subtrades for electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and specialty finishes.
What matters is that all of them work to our schedule and our standard, and the accountability for the finished result stays with us.
What size of project do you take on?
From a single bathroom through to custom homes and commercial build-outs.
Where we add most value is on projects that need real coordination: multiple trades, structural change, permits, and a schedule that has to hold together.
How do you handle changes during a project?
With a written change order stating the cost and schedule impact, issued and approved before we act on it.
Nothing appears on a final invoice that you have not already seen and agreed to in writing. That is the single most common source of contractor disputes and it is entirely avoidable.
What happens if something goes wrong after the project is finished?
You call us and we come back. Workmanship is warrantied and manufacturer warranties pass through to you with the documentation.
We also do a follow-up visit after the first season to adjust cabinetry and doors, which naturally settle through a house's first heating cycle after a renovation.
